For the uninitiated, ‘kerb appeal’ is a term used to describe the attractiveness of your home to prospective buyers based on their first impressions. The interior could be sparkling but if a house has poor kerb appeal it can drastically affect the property value.

A few strategically placed potted plants can make your home look a lot more inviting even if you don’t have a front garden. They don’t have to be real either-a lot of artificial plants look authentic and do not require any maintenance.
